I've only used the high street Ann Summers stores, there isn't a local Knickerbox store around my area, so I've used the website on a couple of occasions. The product range does seem a little on the small side, but none of the items seem tacky unlike with Ann Summers. The only problem I've come across is items being out of stock. I have gone to put item into the online basket and it's popped up with a "Sorry this item is no longer available" message. The other benefit of buying online is if your too shy to buy them in person. Not only do the products seem cheaper on-line, it's certainly less embarrassing. I've used the Ann Summers website a few times more and I love the quick comparison feature they have. It compares the product I've purchased against other online retailer selling the same item. Last time it showed I had made a £5 saving when postage and packing was taken into consideration. Sadly there doesn't seem to be the same feature on the Knickerbox site (but all their products are not branded so i guess this is not an option). So far I have not experienced any problem with payment by credit card or delivery, so I would definitely recommend this site. Like myself I am sure you will find it very easy to use and order from. The only major downfall of buying lingerie online is obviously the item might not fit properly.
