Well laid out site which a store locator facility on the home page. Most of the items are in stock, product descriptions provide enough information to point you in the right direction, clear pictures and specification and competitive prices.

They are a well known chain of stores throughout Britain. They have targeted a niche of herbal vitamins with the slogan "we're good for you", instead of going into direct competition with the popular and expensive Boots or the cut price supermarkets and Superdrug.

I'd personally found their site a little difficult to browse around. There are just a few category links on the homepage, and in these hundreds of products with just nine displayed on each page. Therefore if you don't know what you were looking for it's a real nightmare. Luckily on the second time I gave the site a chance I noticed a 'more categories' image link which drasticallyimproved the ability to find specified product. The image links needs to be made more prominent, it blends into the background and is easily missed by new visitors.

If your looking for household pharmaceutical brands then this site is not for you, they do not cater for his market, the likes of Superdrug have the advantage of range and cheaper prices. But if your after herbal vitamins, which are orginal and won't be stocked at your local chemist then look no further. The site alone has things I've heard of before like "Ginkgo Biloba" and "Saw Palmetto".

The only disadvantage with the site is you do not have any shop assistants to help advice you, they are always informative, friendly and helpful at my local store. Instead the site employs "health notes", but I've found many products lacking a detailed description. Quite a few with just a line of general text which gives no real insight into the products pros and cons.

Until the site has improved in both usability and information I will stick to my local store.
