Excellent specialist hifi site which makes a refreshing change from the bulk sellers of every electronic item. I have emailed these people which queries and they really know what they are talking about. The level of service and professionalism is first class, and compared to the other sites I've tried a world apart. The customer service I've received has left a lot to be desired at many of the well known high street retailer's. What I was looking for at HifiBitz was a cinema projector to finally complete my system, I had waded through numerous 'specialist electrical' sites on the web without making any progress. The process was made much harder because I knew little to nothing about cineam projectors, I just knew they would allow me to watch movies and sport on as big a screen as is possible. The canned responses from a number of sites were so useless I couldn't be bothered replying. The only exception was with HifiBitz, they answered all my queries and it seems their technical knowledge is beyond reproach. We finally narrowed down what I was looking for and I placed my order with them. The price was similar to other retailers and the delivery was within 3 days. This was all preceded by confirmation emails. A big thanks to this retailer which restored my faith in buying online.
