I went to my local Halfords Shop to buy a new stereo system and get is fitted as well. Their prices seemed much more competitive than my local dealership. I was taken aback to begin with by the customer serice, I was greeted as I came through the door by the staff. It felt like i was the only customer there. The store is well laid out and the assistants do not pressure you luckily, the atmosphere was relaxed and I was never pressured into buying anything. When i did ask their opinion of the few stereos i was interested in their opinions seemed honest and frank. I went with the stereo the shop assistant was currently fitting into his own car. The fitting went off without a hitch and it was all round a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them and return again. Hopefully the customer service is just as good if a problem occurs with the stereo.

I went to purchase satvav tom tom 700 during my lunch break and had to wait 25 mins before i could even see someone and it wasn't even that busy. When i asked to see the store manager he eventually came and said to me that they were busy sorry. But this was the store manager who was so busy that he was sweeping the floor. You have lost my custom and my family and friends.
