I have bought several items from the EPCbuyer website. The first two times everything was fine and I had no reason to complain. The problem occurred on my last order where the the goods did not work. I first checked the website on their returns policy and emailed, after several days without an answer I decided to phone their returns telephone number. They were fairly helpful on the phone and gave me the returns instructions. I sent the goods back by recorded delivery which was confirmed by my local Post Office. I had packaged all the components safely and in a tidy manner, with it all being clearly labeled with the order number and the return number that the customer services gave me. Well this all happened a month ago and still no reply. Someone recommended I take this to the small claims court.

I purchased two wireless network cards last Wednesday from epcbuyer. They must have shipped from their warehouse Thursday as they arrived on Friday morning via their 1st class recorded delivery service. I have to say I was very impressed by their super fast delivery as I live in north of Wales. They also provided me with an email confirmation for every step of the order process. This kept me well informed and happy. Price was great, from my experience they are a first rate outfit.
