Bought a Acer Aspire 3020 laptop from ebuyer around 1 year
ago. It cost £550 and was much cheaper than any other
online store I check. I spent hours checking lots of sites
and comparing all the laptops around the £500-600 price
range. This was the only one which came with a ati mobile
radeon x700 graphics card. Means I can just about play the
latest games on my laptop (only just). Delivery was excellent
because I picked the cheapest option and it came within 48
hours. If I am ever in the market for another IT product they
will be the first site I try.

Some of the best bargains on the web, they have a wide range, the
site is easy to use and very easy to order with, wide options for
shipping, and plenty of end of line clearance items to make it worthwhile
checking the site daily for a bargain. Of course the downside is
you need to be quick of the mark, most of these bargains are in
short supply and get sold very quickly. Having bought several times
from them, I have to say the delivery service is excellent, on time,
prompt 95% of the time. Prices really are always cheaper than anyone
else I compare, ebuyer has been trading for over 5 years so they
are no cowboys who go bust every few months. Highly Recommended.

Terrible service. 3 months ago bought a belkin router from them
that was faulty. Terrible customer support at ebuyers end and Belkins.
Now buying a new VPN router, tried to get some tech support and
advice from ebuyer - told to ring their £1 per minute line!
Eventually found the router wanted to buy at £83 - advertised
on their site at wireless - however when received was not wireless.
When we rang them agreed it wasn't wireless but not sure what it
says on their own website (??) but if it does say that they have
agreed to let me order another router on next day Saturday am delivery
and then refund the money if I was proven to be right. I ordered
the new router on next day Saturday delivery which costs nearly
£15. When I placed the order I rang to confirm it would definately
be despatched on the Friday (as it was past tea time) and they said
it definately would. It is now 12:10pm on the Saturday morning and
no router. On their website it still says 'pick in progress'. I
am now paying a computer technician £40 per hour on a Saturday
to sit around doing nothing. Not impressed at all. Ebuyer do not
take calls on Saturday, have emailed them but it says it will take
up to 48 working hours for them to respond. Really would not recommend
buying anything from them that is essential or that you need in
a hurry or that you need correct.
