My experience was fast delivery, great deals and prices.
Only grumble is the 10p a minute customer service line when
I had a delivery query. But what can I say, they lived up
to their side of the bargain and delivered the phone next
day as promised. I was very impressed with the condition of
the packaging and the amount of information that came with
it.

I have only ever ordered one phone from e2save in November
2005, never again. The first problem was they sent it to the
wrong address, I find this all out after phoning them up and
at the same time I canceled the order and decided to go elsewhere.
My credit card statement arrived in early 2006 and after checking
my out-goings I suddenly released I had received an unaccounted
bill for £120.00. After checking all my bills for a
couple of hours I released it must have been from e2save.
I got on the phone to them straight away and they confirmed
the handset had been returned undelivered to them, and the
bill had been sent in error. Thing is they still haven't compensated
me with the £120.00, total incompetence. This company
is a total nightmare!

It well over a year since I ordered my Sony Ericsson P900
from e2save, I bought from them after finding out they are
an online part of the Carphone warehouse. I can't really write
much about the retailer, they did what they said, next day
delivery and a low price. Couldn't be better. But the phone
was a complete revelation compared to my previous brick of
a handset. It features a touch-screen, outlook synchronization
and the battery life is far better than my girlfriend's or
mates phones. The only problem now is that the phone has become
a little tatty and old after a year of daily use. I've read
good things about the Nokia 6680 and I guess I will go with
E2save.com again if the price is right.
