Reviews User Rating - I always pop into dorothy perkins whilst i am in town to have a good look around. I always seem to get something from there because i find the quality of the goods sold there are excellent! User - Rachael User Rating - Recently purchased a pair of green cotton 3/4 trousers from Dorothy Perkins at Outfit in Nottm for my hols. After one day of wearing, the stitching came undone along the inside of one leg and after 3 wears, the stitching came undone along the outside of the pocket. As I had worn them on holiday and sewed them up to wear agsin, I couldn't take them back for an exchange or a refund which was a pity as they were a really comfortable pair of trousers. User - Anna User Rating - Once again they say they go up to a size 20-22 there is never any of these sizes in store or on line take note. User - Carol User Rating - I was recently shopping in the milton keynes store and there is a non existant level of customer service,chatting to each other seems to be there forte and there was no customer acknowledgement what so ever,when in the end i approached them for some help i found they weren't particularly freindly, i felt i was interrupting there gossiping. A few days later i went to the Bletchley store to see if they had the product i wanted, although they didn't the store was impecabily tidy, the staff were friendly and offered exceptional help. Seriously sort it out mk, ur letting your other stores down dissmaly!!! User - shelly greenall User Rating - I bought my sister a jumper for xmas which she didn't like, when i tried to return it i couldn't have a refund or exchange goods as i had purchased item end of dec and it was over a month. Do they not understand not everyone leaves xmas shopping till last thing!! There were rails full of clearnce lines but not any up to date styles. I was quite shocked as i usually always find something i need for that night out. User - Lisa User Rating - Like Shelly Greenall above, I too am 6\ft and buy all my trousers at Dorothy Perkins which fortunately are a fraction of the cost of Long Tall Sally. Imagine my horror when going to the Leicester High Street shop & found they don`t do a Tall Section anymore. This is discrimination! They still do the petite range!.
