Posted on n/a I bought a surgemaster from your H/Pool store, with a computer which
i also bought. However, my computer has been repaired twice from a local
H/pool shop. The shop informed me that the reason my computer was needing
mending was because their was power cuts and the surgemaster did not
work it was faulty. Therefore, i took surgemaster back to the shop with
the telephone number of the computer shop. They checked the surgemaster
and agreed it was faulty in your store. However, refused to change it
because i did not keep the box and was unable to find the receipt. I
thought this was unfair i dont know anyone who would keep a box or receipt
of a surgemaster. I did not ask them to pay for the bills i have had
to pay getting computer mended i just asked them to replace a faulty
piece of equipment. My family and I have spent a lot of money in your
store, however, i feel your manager needs to go on a training course
to teach him how to treat customers. He was unhelpful and very rude.
I did leave my name and number and he did say he would contact me but
