Posted on n/a I have been a customer for 10 months now and have a 18 month contract. I recievd a sales call from one of there agents telling me that I was an excellent customer and that my credit rating was good and that I was recieving a free upgrade at no cost. They failed to tell me that my current mobile I would have to pay as well as the expensive £30.00 per month line rental. The other complaint is they send you a phone that they choose. Sorry but once my current term finishes I wont be using them. also another gripe they do not enclose a retun bag with a prepaid payemnt. I didnt ask for this phone and now I am out of pocket on postage. shambles.... beware! User Rating - .......................................................................... Posted on n/a Unfortunately my partner opened the packages with the phones that I
have have in my name. Two of them numbers07******7 and 078*****08. I
have had the phones for three months but was not aware that I needed
redemption vouchers and I had to apply for them within 28 days. I rang
and spoke to your customer services who I must say was very polite but
I dont understand why when your computer system can check whether or
not I have recceived my money back I am not able to receive duplicate
vouchers User Rating - .......................................................................... Posted on n/a The dial-a-phone airtime cash back process is grossly unfair to the
consumer. It requires the issue of the latest top copy bill from the
airtime supplier. There is no recommendation in their data sheet for
cash back submissions to register the mail. I have had a recent experience
whereby Dial-a-Phone Ltd claim my original submission was never received
by them. I tried to obtain a replacement top copy from O2 but this didn't
arrive during the redemption period. Before the end of the redemption
period I expressed my dilemma to Dial-a-Phone staff who recommended
that I re-submit a photocopy of my original submission by registered
post to arrive before the final date for redemption. This was done yet
Dial-a-Phone issued a response stating that it was \'not valid for redemption
at this time\'. The sum involved was in excess of 75 pounds plus 4 pounds
in postal charges. With this process its all too easy for Dial-a-Phone
Ltd to claim that the post was not received by them and pocket my cashback.
In most peoples language such action is called theft! I wonder how many
more people have experienced similar letters of rejection to pay cashback
from Dial-a-Phone. I have complied fully with their requirements. I
will not use them again unless I receive the cashback they contracted
to give me under my Agreement. User Rating -
