Excellent customer service, they phones me within minutes of me applying online via they application form. Their loans are only for home owners really, so makes sure you meet this requirement first. On the phone the lady was informative and friendly, and used language I could easily understand. She slowly went through all the different lenders and plans suitable for my personal household circumstances. The two main things they take into account are your income and credit rating. Of course I applied to Debtbuster loans because I have a poor credit history and couldn't receive a loan from my bank. Once she had explained the process she did just one quick search on her computer and found me the lowest rate immediately. It was all very efficient with me receiving a letter next day with the loan application details. At 7.4% it was much better than my current outgoings, and after trying some other companies before signing the form found that Debtbuster were by far the cheapest offer for me. I can only recommended the service, even though it will appeal only to home owners. A friend didn't have such a nice experience however so I couldn't give the service full marks. She got quoted 12% Apr. I guess they assess the situation for each individual, so the APR you get quoted will vary greatly. My friend said you can also be quoted as high as 19.9% APR which is very high.
