Burton have become one of the off-line clothes shops I use most often. It's only recently I checked out their online store and it's a rather nifty website too. I have never been a huge fan of shopping online for clothing, the main reason being i am a little on the fussy side. This means I must find the the exact colour, size, material etc. If you are a fan of catalogue shopping then you will want to peruse their online range. I've found that all their women's, men's and children clothing, are long lasting and of a very good quality. Value for money is what they offer.

The major gripe I have with the Burton website is the time it takes for my browser to load pages. They seem to have some kind of flash macromedia job and it is too much of a graphics heavy site for my pc and connection to handle. Obviously because the pages are loaded with pictures of clothing, goods etc. it takes an age for the time for each page to load. I guess the major problem is that i am an inpatient shopper at the best of times. I would find just browsing through their catalogue much easier than on a dial-up connection. I guess that Broadband users will have no problem with load times, but I just wish they had thought of the dialup users. Apart from this I do like the clothes Burton make and sell.

I have to strongly disagree with the opinions of the above shoppers, I love the site navigation from Burton's. I find the front page is really well laid out and looks very stylish. I have also found that the site itself is very easy to navigate. I havent tried it on a dialup connection, but on broadband it seems very fast. I have actually bought some fashion items myself via this website. Therefore I free i can personally vouch for the specificed date delivery. The clothes I ordered came and arrived when they said it would, exactly on the right day and with no disturbance to me. Great work Burtons.
