Betterware agents have always been active on our housing estate,
if your new to Betterware it works this way. An agent will drop
off a catalogue every week/month (catalogue inventory seems to change
monthly), including an order form, you then leave the catalogue
outside your door for collection. If you have placed an order expect
delivery within a week (the date will be printed somewhere in the
catalogue or order form).
They do now have competition from Kleeneze, this company seems
to lack less organisation with agents covering the same areas. Because
Betterware are more established, I prefer the quality of their goods,
the friendless of their agents and look and layout of the catalogue.
I've had two or three Kleeneze books some weeks and I know some
of my neighbours are getting sick of them. At least with Betterware
the agents won't try to take the customers of existing agents which
cover an area.
The products are reasonable priced and include unique items and
the ordinary stuff like dish cloths, brushes, cleaning products,
pet accessories, kitchen utensils and pans, mops and so forth.
Ideal for those who have mobility problems.

Two weeks ago I was brought my ordered item , at the door from
the betteware agent. Unfortunately I had no cash on me at all, andI
was alone in the house at the time. I apologised and told her I
did want the item and explained I would make sure I had the cash
if she would return with the item. She said it was o.k. and I duly
kept the money aside in order not to inconvenience the agent again. She
has not returned with th e item. It was certainly not a large order,
but we have purchased a few times before, and she has always been
paid on her visit with the goods previously. Needless to say I am
going to Wilkinsons in the town to purchase the item orered orignally
from Betterware, tomorrow morning. Betterware does not provide better
service!
