I stumbled across this site maybe around two year ago, funny
how time flies. It did on the faceof it look a really good
find. They had all the latest 'up to date' fashion and accessories,
and all the clothes the a-list celebs wore as well. They also
seemed to update the site on a regular basis with with new
products making it a pleasure to browse.
The prices also seemed good value for money. All this was
excellent news until it came to the ordering process, they
said I would get next day delivery (at extra cost) or I could
pick a standard delivery of 4 working days. But before this
could happen I relized to my horror that I had ordered the
same thing twice when reading my email confirmation of the
order.
This is when I experienced such a bad level of customer services
when enquiring about the recent order I had placed. It a customer
services representative of ASOS.com three whole days to reply
to me, and informed me I could either receive both items or
have a refund for the wrong ordered item. Well of course I
wished to cancel the wrong item and for ASOS to send the rest
of my order asap. Well I waited around for another 3 days
and still had no response from ASOS regarding my email canceling
one item. After 9 whole working days, I was informed I would
now be refunded the whole of my order because all the item
I had ordered were now out of stock.
There customer service department really needs a kick up
the arse. If you are a prospective buyer with ASOS.com make
a mistake with the order process at your peril.
