Samsung TV set was returned to Royal Park service centre on 4/11/05 ae 11.11am. Despite repeated phone calls and emails to the company with promises of being rung back or that the refund will be paid, to date (6/12/05 1 month later!) there is still no sign of the refund. They do not reply to emails or phone calls. I spoke someone called Sean last Tuesday who, having spoken to the Customer Services Manager called Jonathan, assured me that the account would be credited on Thursday of last week, THERE IS STILL NO SIGN OF THE MONEY!, WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
